Pershore Road through Stirchley contains many empty shops, and many of the occupied shops have the appearance of dilapidation bordering on dereliction. What achievable measures would you propose to deliver the beginnings of sustainable regeneration for business premises on Stirchley high street within one year - and just as importantly, to attract customers to those businesses?
