Question - How can we improve community relationships?

I live in Small Heath. From what I see every day, there are a large number of diverse communities here, but there is no real sense of a Small Heath community as a whole. Many of the smaller groups feel isolated and ignored. Is this your experience too, and what can be done to improve the situation for all?
